In 2025 I sent a series of essays called Summer Mondays. You can guess the frequency and duration. Topics included unanswerable whys, the false promise of a new war, the false promise of a new bra, foot stuff on main, an unaccountably compelling steeple, a night that reminded me of some other nights, the first and last thing I ever want to write about AI, the realization of the source of a mysterious smell, quite a lot of rain in not much time, a recollection of a short strange trip, a thwarted attempt at self-exploitation, and an ambivalent paen to daycare.
In 2022 and 2023, I wrote a lot about having a new baby. Those pieces have been collected into Third Person: Notes On A First Year.
Between 2020 and 2022, I wrote a lot about having a lot of miscarriages. Those pieces have been collected into The Void: Notes On A Few Miscarriages.
